Tim & Gill spent many years visiting the battlefields of France and Flanders, with the realisation that "you only live once" they decided to purchase a property in the Somme region of France.
That decision was to start a sequence of events that, after 9 years has culminated with them moving to the Somme and living the dream.
The search for a property started in 2002, having very definite requirements with regards to, location, size and future development potential; finally after 4 years they found Freeman Farm in the beautiful Somme village of Miraumont.
From 2006 - 2011 they have slowly renovated the property, it now has 3 bedrooms available for B&B with private dining and lounge facilities.
Phase 2 of the project is the conversion of the large barn.
